My Path

I began my career in the financial sector at a construction company, starting with securities registration and exchange operations. This quickly grew into a broader practice: building investment structures, obtaining licenses, supporting corporate processes, and interacting with regulators.
Alongside this, I earned a law degree and later a PhD in Law.
In 2020, I headed the financial law division at the law firm "Bachynskyi & Partners." When the full-scale war began, I relocated to Poland and started working simultaneously in both Ukrainian and European contexts, with clients whose assets, businesses, and capital needed new solutions for new circumstances.
This was more than a professional challenge. I had to rebuild my practice from scratch in a foreign country, while maintaining the trust of clients who, because of the war, were forced to make decisions faster than they'd ever planned to. That experience taught me what now underpins my work: capital decisions have to hold up not just in good times, but in unpredictable ones too.
My advisory practice took shape as a response to a real market need. I work with clients across real estate, the agricultural sector, energy, HoReCa, wellness, IT, and other industries. It matters to me to have a real impact on projects and to see the results of my work.
Separately, I'm developing a Personal & Family Capital Strategy direction for Ukrainians building capital across multiple generations. Modern family capital is no longer just real estate, securities, and business — increasingly, it also includes art, jewelry, and unique objects with history.
Right now I'm focused on growing Art & Luxury Advisory, applying what I learned at the Sotheby's Institute of Art and through the INSIDE LVMH Certificate.
